2. Tour Bookings and Reservations
All bookings made through our website are subject to availability. When you book a tour (such as the Northern Peaks, Albanian Riviera, or custom journeys), you will receive a confirmation email. The booking is only considered finalized once full or partial payment (as required during the booking process) has been successfully received.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price of your specific tour is guaranteed. Payments must be made in the designated currency using our approved payment gateways. Any additional bank fees or currency conversion rates applied by your provider are your responsibility.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation by the Traveler: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@togetherinalbania.de. Refunds are processed based on the timeframe between the cancellation notice and the tour start date. (Please refer to your specific tour's booking receipt for exact percentage refunds).
- Cancellation by Together in Albania: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances that compromise traveler safety. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative tour date will be offered.
5. Itinerary Changes
While we strive to follow the published itineraries for all our destinations (Shkodër, Theth, Valbona, Gjirokastër, etc.), Together in Albania reserves the right to modify routes, accommodations, or schedules if necessary due to road conditions, weather, or other operational factors. We will always aim to provide a comparable alternative.
6. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical condition for the selected tour, especially for hiking tours in the Northern Peaks. You are also responsible for possessing valid passports, visas, and adequate travel insurance. Together in Albania is not liable for any issues arising from missing or invalid travel documents.
7. Liability and Insurance
Together in Albania assumes no liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings during the tour, except where mandated by local law. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel and health insurance prior to their arrival in Albania.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, and tour itineraries, is the intellectual property of Together in Albania. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising from these terms or your booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirana, Albania.
